As an organization that gathers almost 500 employees and carries out numerous internal and external activities, it attaches significant importance to the quality of communication.

Regularly informing employees about important current topics, from the development and launch of new products, campaigns, various events to business results are just part of the common practice by which Franck achieves open internal communication.
In order to simplify and speed up the process and increase the interactivity of the content, they decided to redesign the existing corporate portal and a new intranet solution based on the modern SharePoint Online platform.
The modern face of the SharePoint Online platform
SharePoint Online is a cloud-based service, included in the Microsoft 365 package. It enables content sharing and management by increasing cooperation between teams, and with the development of a new modern environment it is even more attractive as a platform for creating a corporate portal, or in other words – intranet.
The modern SharePoint intranet is easy to use, brings personalization at the level of the organization, but also of the individual employee, and is fully integrated with other Microsoft 365 applications such as MS Teams.
Development is extremely fast thanks to numerous out of the box functionalities and web ports that enrich any content in just a few clicks – surveys, photo galleries, MS Stream or YouTube video, etc.
It can be accessed from any device, and thanks to the mobile application, notification arrives for each new content in the starred category. With automatic updates, the IT department has one worry less – because the platform is always supported by the latest technology.

With an attractive intranet design, which is fully adapted to the standards of the Franck brand, a clear categorization and display of various news is created, and it is possible to easily highlight important content and communicate the latest information in real time.
The comments below the posts and surveys ensure two-way communication and easy conduct of various employee opinion polls through which they get valuable feedback in a very short time.
